The corrupt Emperor Tiberius Claudius Nero Caesar Augustus forces his bravest general, Marcus, to subdue the monstrous Cyclops that has been decimating the country. Once the Cyclops is dropped at the dungeons, Marcus is forced to fight within the battler games. Eventually, he and also the Cyclops become allies and that they fight along to defeat the corrupt Emperor and his evil kinsman, together with the gorgeous barbarian Barbara.
